  • Guest：酒店在新湖广场，紧邻地铁4号线，交通便利，去哪里玩都方便，尤其去同里古镇。新湖广场里商场，超市，饭馆，诊所药店和影院什么设施都有，简直太方便了。房间很乾净，毛巾浴巾每天都换。酒店里提供免费洗衣服务，只要把衣服扔进洗衣机就不用操心了，前台小姐姐会设定好洗衣程序，然后烘乾叠好，由机器人送到房间。这个服务真是太贴心了。我们一行六人都很满意，尤其感谢小曹自始至终的热情帮助。我哥哥一家定居苏州，以后来苏州走亲戚都要住在这里。谢谢。
